Central States Tower Receives First Phase $30 Million Equity Financing

Central States Tower Holdings LLC, DBA CST Inc., a developer, owner and operator of wireless communications towers, today announced an agreement to obtain $30 million in financing through Sweetwater Capital and Merchants Capital Partners, LP. The first phase of equity financing will support the company’s short term development goals and is expected to be supplemented as the company continues to grow its portfolio of wireless tower facilities.
