CST releases EBITDA-Positive Results

Wheaton, IL, 3 Jan 2009 - Central States Tower Holdings, (CST) a developer, owner and manager of wireless telecommunications tower facilities throughout the U.S., announced that it has begun EBITDA-Positive operations. 

In just its second full year of operations, the company has covered its overhead obligations as well as the cost of operations of it's tower portfolio. 

"CST's revenue stream will continue steady growth through additions to its tower portfolio as well as via the addition of tenants to existing towers", noted company COO Brian Meier.   "The company's growth plans remain strong despite of, or perhaps as a result of the current economic climate.  As the availability of credit tightens, carriers increasingly look to partners to fund the capital intensive build out of their infrastructure, allowing them to focus their capital on technology upgrades and new products."
