Central States Tower Names Director of Construction

Central States Tower Holdings LLC, DBA CST Inc., a developer, owner and operator of wireless communications towers today announced that Yuri Dobrowolsky has been named Director of Construction Services.

“Yuri provides significant tower construction experience,” said COO Brian Meier.  “and a first hand knowledge of the business, having both carrier and tower company experience on his resume.  We’re delighted to have Yuri on board and I’m confident that our clients will benefit from Yuri’s construction knowledge and management capabilities.”

Prior to joining CST, Yuri held positions at CH2M Hill, American Tower Corporation and Nextel Communications.
