Central States Tower Acquires Six Towers in Missouri

Central States Tower Holdings LLC, DBA CST Inc., a developer, owner and operator of wireless communications towers announced today that it has acquired six towers in central and northern Missouri.  The towers, which are anchored by Cingular Wireless and Dobson Communications, are part of an agreement to purchase additional towers in 2007.

“These towers are an excellent addition to our growing portfolio and expand our ability to offer coverage opportunities to carriers in the Midwest” said COO Brian Meier.  “We will continue to look for opportunities to expand our portfolio, through construction of new sites, development partnerships or strategic acquisitions such as this one.”
