Cingular Wireless Selects Central States Tower as Build to Suit Provider

Central States Tower Holdings LLC, DBA CST Inc., a developer, owner and operator of wireless communications towers announced it has signed a national agreement with Cingular Wireless to provide Build To Suit development services throughout North America.

The agreement consummates discussions begun by the company in 2005 and green lights the expansion of BTS site development from coast to coast.   

“We’re excited that Cingular has chosen to enter into this agreement with CST,” said COO Brian Meier.  “The Build to Suit path strategically allows Cingular to focus its capital on expanding UMTS deployment while maintaining the competitive growth of its footprint.”
