CST looks to Southeast expansion. Completes Corr Wireless transaction.

Central States Tower Holdings LLC (CST) announced that it has completed the acquistion of 8 towers developed and owned by Corr Wireless. The sites, located in Alabama and Georgia continue to be anchored by Corr for transmission on their network.

The expansion marks CST\'s foray into the Southeast with a continued eye towards expansion in the region.

CST\'s Chief Legal Officer, William Wade, noted that talks are ongoing with Corr Wireless regarding the sale of additional sites.
